UK Shipping

We post all UK orders via Royal Mail. Standard delivery typically arrives in 3–5 business days.

• Free standard shipping on UK orders over £50

North America Shipping

We ship to Canada and the United States. Delivery typically takes 5–8 business days, plus customs clearance time. Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes.

• Standard (0–2,000g): £11.49 – £14.19

Processing Time

Orders are usually printed, packed and dispatched within 1–3 working days. For custom prints, processing can take 5–10 working days — we'll always email you with an estimate.

Returns

If you're not happy with your toy, you can return unused items within 30 days for a full refund. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or damaged.

Custom prints are made to order and are non-refundable unless faulty.
